$100 Business Class Seats on Cathay Pacific Next Tuesday!

Posted in Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong, In the Air, International

When was the last time you snagged a premium seat for $100? I’m pretty sure the answer is never. If you’ve got a hankering for Hong Kong (and based on my recent trip there, you should!), this is the deal of the century.

Next Tuesday, August 26th at 8am (they didn’t list the time zone), Cathay Pacific is celebrating their fourth year in a row as the Skytrax Airline of the Year with a crazy fare sale. There are only 2,014 tickets available, so you’ll have to act fast, but for $100 you can snag a business class seat to Bangkok, Cebu, Kuala Lumpur, Nagoya, Osaka, and Taipei or a premium economy seat to Chicago, London, Maldives (Malé), New York (Newark), and Sydney. Whoa. That is totally awesome.

The only snag is that your trip has to begin and end in Hong Kong, so you may want to use a mileage award to get you to HKG, grab one of these incredible fares, and turn your trip into a worldwide journey.

Here’s a link to the promotion. Good luck next Tuesday! Let me know if you score a seat!

Comments

    • The terms and conditions are listed in the post. I didn’t see anything about needing a registered HK address, but maybe I missed it?

      • In the terms & conditions under “Asia Miles™ terms and conditions”:

Eligible for member residing in Hong Kong and Macau only. Residency is determined by the registered member’s preferred mailing address as registered with Asia Miles.

        • There’s nothing that says you need to be a member of Asia Miles to partake in the promotion. I took the inclusion of the Asia Miles terms and conditions as something applicable to people collecting Asia Miles through the deal. I could definitely be wrong, but I didn’t see anything explicit that says you need to be a resident to take advantage of the offer.

          • That was the part that was confusing for me. Do you have to be a member of Cathay Pacific’s frequent flyer program to take part in this promo? It says that if you are a member, they automatically enroll you in AsiaMiles, so anyone in Cathay’s program would have that part of the terms and conditions applicable to them.
