The 7 Chain Restaurant Entrees That Just Might Kill You

Every year this list comes out and every year I both recoil in horror and wonder if I should tempt fate and try all of them. The 2014 list from the Center for Science in the Public Interest (I agree — that sounds totally made up) actually has nine dishes on it, but I just want to share with you the entrees because it’s pretty easy to get desserts into the caloric stratosphere without too much work. These seven entrees are all 1,900+ calories and based on their sodium counts, may very well induce hypertension before you take your last bite. Gross. Without further ado, here are the seven most unhealthy meals you can order at American chain restaurants in 2014:
