Happy Weekend, Fly&Diners. I don’t want to waste too much of your time when you could be out enjoying the sunshine, so today we’ll start a new feature called “The Fly&Dine Weekend Question.” Basically, I pose a question about food while you’re traveling, you answer in the comments. Couldn’t be easier.

This week’s question:

What’s your dream terminal restaurant?

Which is to say: which restaurant would you love to see open up a location inside your nearest airport?

For me, the answer is pretty easy. I’d want to see Joan’s on Third, my favorite LA cafe open up at LAX. They offer a lot of little prepared deli salads as well as high-quality sandwiches and other goodies. If I could get some tarragon chicken salad or couscous with toasted pine nuts and dried cranberries before I left the gate, I’d be a very happy guy.
