Take a Sneak Peek at New Restaurants Inside Newark’s United Terminal

For anyone that follows the airport restaurant game, the news of Newark’s enormous $120 million upgrade in United’s Terminal C was a revelation. A restaurant by Alain Ducasse, one of the biggest chefs in the world? Yes, please. iPads at nearly every seat to streamline the ordering process? Sounds good! (Although the early feedback via Twitter has been decidedly mixed…) Now we get to see what the whole thing should look like before the completed project opens later this year. Here are renderings from management company OTG, United’s partner in the project.
