Idaho’s not the first place you think of when it comes to craft beers or craft distilleries, but Bardenay is out to change that. The Idaho mini-chain purports to be the nation’s first restaurant distillery, which means they make booze on-site while you eat calamari.
After opening locations all over Idaho (Boise, Eagle, Coeur d’Alene), they’re now set to open at Boise Airport on May 20th with airport concessionaire Delaware North. Expect Northwest cuisine, a great wine selection, local beers, and cocktails made from Bardenay’s own spirits. Based on the menu, it looks like a great stop to hit before you say goodbye to the Potato State. Check out the full menu below (click on the image to enlarge):
